Overview
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive business growth across various social media platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and organizational goals, leveraging data and insights to optimize performance and achieve key metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and others for Clients.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including text, images, videos, and Gifs.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines of the Clients.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion rates) and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring posts to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and support integrated campaigns.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth and innovation in social media strategy.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve social media efforts and stay ahead of industry changes.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising and experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media content creation, including basics of graphic design and video editing, is a plus.
- Ability to stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities and evolving social media landscape.
