As the Digital Marketing Head at I Knowledge Factory Pvt Ltd in Pune, you will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO, performance marketing, and social media. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring an exceptional digital experience for our clients, as you develop strategies, oversee client communication, and coordinate with internal teams. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies, encompassing SEO, performance marketing, and social media.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for effective content distribution across digital platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain a robust digital presence.
- Ensure consistent and engaging brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Analyze trends, measure performance, and optimize user experience to enhance content effectiveness.
- Act as the main point of contact for SEO and PPC clients, providing prompt and professional support.
- Offer expert insights and guidance to clients on their SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met, without direct execution of campaigns.
- Provide regular performance updates to clients, using data-driven insights.
