We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern with a MBA specialization in Human Resources. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to key projects that support organizational growth. Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Employee Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating induction programs.
- Ensure a smooth experience for new hires during the joining process.
Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Support event planning for team-building and cultural initiatives.
Other Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Participate in special HR projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- MBA in Human Resources (completed or final semester).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
