Overview
As a Senior HR Recruiter at I Knowledge Factory Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment and employee onboarding life cycle, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and hires top talent. You will utilize job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn to implement effective recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with stakeholders to fulfil hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent using various job portals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, including interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Handle salary negotiations and job offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Create and post job descriptions on various job portals, ensuring they attract suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the entire recruitment and employee onboarding life cycle.
- Expertise in using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn for talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
